Sun Nov.11 at Kansas City Arrowhead Stadium11:00 AM MST CBS

Eesh. Real world rigmarole is finally out of the way, so I can finally get back to focusing on things that don't affect me whatsoever, like sports. Week ten sends the Broncos to Kansas City to face the Chiefs, whom I've already discussed at length here.
Even though this should be an exciting game against bitter rivals, I'm having a real tough time generating any interest. Maybe it's because the game is six months away. More likely, however, is that the Chiefs just aren't very good. On paper, Denver looks to have the advantage at every single position other than tight end and The World's Most Annoying Running Back. And the tight end discrepancy will be mitigated by Kansas City being forced to keep Gonzalez in to block more often, since the Chiefs appear to have nothing resembling an offensive line.
The Chiefs' best weapon against Denver has always involved Dante Hall and a couple of well placed blocks in the back, and now he's gone too. So Kansas City's left with, what exactly? Dwayne Bowe? That asshole Kennison? Yeah- not scary. The best thing Kansas City did in the draft was to bypass Mason Crosby in favor of Justin Medlock, thus ensuring I won't have any confused feelings on game day.
When all is said and done, however, Denver ALWAYS loses at Arrowhead, and I doubt this year will be any different. We'll all sit and stare at our televisions wondering how in the hell we lost that game.
Oh, by the way- I hate McDonald's even more than I hate the Chiefs.

You know what I'd like? A week 3 trip to KC rather than the seemingly annual November or December game.
