Al Wilson was a great player, a great leader, and a great person, and I’m proud to have met him. It’s too bad he was never able to play in a Super Bowl, and I look forward to the day his name is up on the Ring of Fame next to Atwater’s. It’s a shame they never played together, but it’s easy to separate the eras using them as markers (or that QB guy, I suppose. Whatever’s clever). In the meantime, I'm going to use a mental photoshop to cut and paste Al over Glenn Cadrez in the Super Bowl years.
I have no idea what Big Shit Poppin’ means, but I’m pretty sure that Al is Big Shit Poppin.’ Now here’s some more pictures of Al beating ass.
